Overview

The Book Dashboard (aka, the Book Home Page) is your central hub for seeing your editorial review at a glance and accessing all of the content for your Story Stream editorial reports. You'll see three sections:

• Summary Reports
• Roadmap
• Chapter Analysis
• Character Cards

Let's go through them one by one.

Summary Reports

At the top you'll find the three main buttons that will allow you to navigate to the summary reports for your manuscript.

Editorial Report

A deep, comprehensive, and holistic manuscript assessment. This evaluation integrates a suite of analyses covering pacing, protagonist/antagonist arcs, structure, emotion, cultural context, themes, and world-building. We illuminate nuanced strengths and critical growth opportunities across every layer, providing an unparalleled roadmap to elevate and refine your manuscript with confidence and precision.

Roadmap

Identifies key areas of the manuscript that need attention and improvement, from plot holes to character development.

Chapter Summary Heatmap

This is a visual that shows the overall health of your manuscript at a chapter by chapter level. This gives you a timeline by area of where you need to focus your attention. Click on the individual chapter to go to the chapter analysis page. Also, to understanding more about the scoring system, checkout the scoring page for description of what the colors mean.

Character Cards

Character cards take you directly to the character analysis page.
